is awesome. i love deadish markers, most unappreciated tool ever. i love the little fanciness around the frame too.
the way you've done this, its like working your way to the light instead of to the dark, i'm sure there's a word for it. its been done very well with a deadish marker. i think maybe the eye or the neck would be my favorite part. the eye is just so perfectly central in the picture and seems to hold some crazy depth despite the amount of work on it. the neck is done so simply but i can still see the whole thing so clearly.

great work, definately a fav of mine; i'd be glad to see more marker stuff.

Thanks a lot. :) I agree about the dying markers. Markers are like a whole 'nother tool when they start to die. They give such a different effect.

I love it. Great medium to choose, the texture shown brings alot to the picture. I like how you can only see one half of your face, the other is covered in just black, makes you wonder whats there. The only thing i can sugest is to incorparate the backround into the little drawings at the top and bottom, just to help blend it in. Great job.
