the colors are to my liking in this one: red, white and gray. and the black frame brings it all together.
(this will of course sound disgusting)
There is an artist out there that I don't have the link with me right now who does artwork with 80% menstrual blood and the rest as paint. Not saying you should do -that-, but it gives you a few ideas to add things that are not normal mediums.
